Mortgage Payment Options
Everything you need in one place keeps you in control: make one-time or recurring payments and quickly access resources for payment-related questions.

Pay Online
Easily and securely submit your payment to You Are Home™ platform online. You can choose between making a one-time payment or setting up recurring payments.
Recurring Monthly Payment (ACH)
ACH is an easy and efficient way to make your monthly mortgage payment. By using this free payment service, your mortgage payment automatically deducts from your designated checking or savings account each month.
We offer a variety of options so you can choose the payment schedule that best suits your needs:
- Monthly: Your payment will be automatically debited once a month.
- Biweekly: Half of your monthly payment will be automatically debited every 14 days.
Note: Twice a year, this will result in an extra half payment being drafted that will result in a principal curtailment that pays down your loan balance.
- Semi-Monthly: Your payment will be split between two payments, automatically debited twice a month.
To set up and manage your recurring monthly payment, register or log in to your You Are Home™ online account.
