Understand how to set up autopay, make a payment, and resolve payment issues.

Pay Online: Log into your online account to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.

Recurring Monthly Payment (ACH): Set up automatic monthly payments directly from your checking or savings account. You can manage, edit, or cancel ACH in your online account.

Online Bill Pay: Use your bank’s bill-pay service. Be sure to include your loan number.

Pay by Phone: Call Customer Service at 800-224-7984.

Pay by MoneyGram: Visit any MoneyGram location. Use receiver code 7302 and include your loan number.

Please note:

  • Draft dates cannot exceed your loan’s grace period.
  • If you submit a change after your scheduled draft date, the update will take effect the following month.

Occasionally, your printed statement may have been mailed before a recent payment posted. This can cause two payments to appear due. Log in to your account to check your latest balance and confirm that your payment posted correctly.

Billing statements are auto generated if/when:

  1. The first time a payment has been completed each month
  2. Within four days of the end of the grace period (If a payment has not yet been made)
  3. On the first business day of the month (if two or more contractual payments were completed the prior month)

NOTE: Customers will receive one (1) billing statement monthly.

Yes. While payments are considered late if not received by the due date, many mortgage agreements allow a grace period before late charges are assessed. The length of your grace period can vary by loan.

If a full contractual payment is due, any payment less than that amount will be treated as a partial payment and held in a suspense account until the full amount is received.

If no payment is due at the time, partial funds may be applied to principal (if no fees are outstanding).

If your total due isn’t received by the end of the grace period, a late fee may be assessed and delays could affect your credit.

If you are paying off your mortgage and you were making payments through a bill pay service or Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) with CrossCountry Mortgage powered by RoundPoint, please make sure to cancel or delete any future payments at least five (5) days prior to sending payoff funds.

We send a Satisfaction of Mortgage (SAT) to the county where your property is located (this can take 10-90 days to complete).

After recording, the lien release will be mailed to you or our partner. You may also receive the original note and/or deed of trust, depending on state law.

Any remaining escrow funds or overpayments will be mailed to you within 20 business days of your payoff date. Be sure we have your current mailing address on file.

We will cancel any ACH on our end once the payoff is processed, but we may not prevent drafts scheduled within 5 business days of receiving payoff funds. You should also log into your account or contact us to cancel recurring payments manually. Also contact your bank’s bill pay provider to delete any future scheduled payments.
